Workshop Space
& Lounge Area

Situated at the front of the building with loads of natural light, the workshop and lounge area is a unique work space.
Boasting exposed brick wall and tasteful furnishings, this space has comfortable seating for 10-15 people around a large table (more seating can be hired on request). Theatre style seating can also be arranged.
Free wifi and use of the large smart TV with Apple TV and adaptors is included, along with printing and scanning facilities.
Nespresso Coffee, Herbal Tea and Filtered Water are complimentary, along with a healthy fruit bowl. Yelo Cafe is just across the road, and we can recommend plenty of options for catering.

Your group will have sole use of the workshop space, office spaces, lounge area, and kitchen facilities, along with all the standard inclusions; wifi, printing & copying facilities, and three parking bays.
Nespresso coffee and herbal tea varieties are included, and there are a wide range of catering options nearby – we can help you arrange full catering with a suitable supplier to suit your needs and budget.
Additional AV or furniture hire requirements can be arranged on request, and we can also assist with event coordination services.
